Culture crawl

Getting ready for the East Vancouver Culture Crawl- it's a studio tour that happens in east Van-
I'm at 1840 Triumph street (for wheelchair accessibility you have to go through the alley out back)

I'm sewing capes and naturally dyeing fabrics- busy life!

My week thus far

The darling one and I have been working a lot this past month... more than usual really. I have the Eastside Culture Crawl coming up next week... which is taking up a lot of my time. Getting everything prepared, making lists, finishing work.... and finalizing how I am going to pull this off! So excited!
Please come and visit if you're in the city!

I've gone to the woods twice this week to keep a calm head.

Culture crawl

Oh man!
So tired still!

I did the Culture Crawl (had my work in it) and I'm so exhausted! But happy.

I met what feels like ten thousand people, and now it's time to ready myself for Northern Ontario.

Culture Crawl!

Want to come see me at the East Side Culture Crawl?
I will be at 242 Princess Ave!

I am there with Brutally Beautiful!

I have a few fun things there that I have made (Knit/woven... etc)
I will also be spinning silk all weekend to go alongside a set of sculptures I have just completed.

They are Handspun silk that have either been knit or crochet into hanging vessels. They were then soaked in blood, dipped in wax, and then had crystals put in their centers.

Please come hang out! I would love to see you!
