We went to the forest a few days ago, and it was a magical day.
Wool Wax Silk and Bones. I often go into dark woods, and go far to see brilliant things. I am surrounded by wonderful people, and am lucky to have found a familiar in an old black cat.

The forest
Healing is moving brilliantly forward- I thought I would be in a lot more pain than I am after surgery. It's been a week and I am down to Advil and Tylenol- and I can go for longer and longer walks. (Although the Darling One won't let me pick up anything heavier than my knitting, which is pretty great)
