I'm waiting to pick up the darling one from the airport, and discovered Iona Beach. This is a brilliant space to watch the sunset.

Harvest
Today was a harvest day- tansy and goldenrod are in abundance in back alleys and forgotten spaces in the city.

Aetatis
September 1st.
I'm quite sure that others are thinking about summer leaving us as a terrible thing.
But now it is time to harvest. Getting ready to store things for winter.
I've done well in the early summer at getting flowers collected...
Now it is time for leaves and berries and other lovely things.
Also food things. Canning and fruit dehydrating and readying for the cold times.
Autumn is my favorite season.
To celebrate colours...
