Wool Wax Silk and Bones.
I often go into dark woods, and go far to see brilliant things. I am surrounded by wonderful people, and am lucky to have found a familiar in an old black cat.
If you have wall space hang a piece of wood or empty frame and glue clothes pins to it, and pin your shawls. Easy to see your options, keeps you lovely work on display and you can make it to match your pace. I love mine!
We use baskets at the moment, one for each family member, but as Monster and I have a lot of knitted outdoor things both our baskets are quite full and require a lot of routing around if we want to find something specific. If you've got quite a few shawls maybe something on the wall to hang them on might be best so you can find what you want quickly, or a wall unit with lots of small cubbies each just big enough to hold a rolled up shawl or mitts or what-have-you.
I have mine piled in my sewing room right now...and need to come up with something different too.
ReplyDeletebaskets! or if you have room for it, pretty wall shelving so you can display them ! xo
ReplyDeleteI love baskets. I vote for that. :-)
